Graham Williamson, adidas Vice President of the tennis business unit, said, “Over a period of more than 18 months we tested the shoe with more than 30 professional and semi-professional players.” Graham also stated, “Our product testing department spent roughly 2,500 hours with athletes to make sure the shoe is the best Barricade ever.

When we showed the final samples to our players they were reluctant to give them back and wanted to play in them immediately.” The time and effort invested in the new adidas Barricade 7 shows that adidas is dedicated to innovation and improvement.

THE UPPER: The upper of the adidas Barricade 7 is composed of the adiTUFF TPU toe protection guard, perforated leather and a padded mesh tongue for maximum breathability and improved comfort.
